Accommodation

- We made a tentative reservation for four nights ( check in 1st Oct.-check out 5th Oct.) at following the hotels.
- This is special prices for this workshop. (October is high season.)
- At 6th October, there is a big event in Takayama. Hotel reservation in Takayama on 5th October are very difficult.
- The excusion will finish in the early afternoon at 5th Oct. You can move by train and/or for those who need accommodation to travel by plane, we recommend you to stay at a hotel near the airport.

Washington Hotel Plaza Takayama : single room, JPY10,800/night (1-2 minute walk from JR Takayama station.)

Hida Hotel Plaza : single room, JPY16,300/night (5 minute walk from JR Takayama station.)

Hotel Associa Takayama Resort : single room, JPY24,500/night

　　(10 minute car ride from JR Takayama station. Shuttle bus service is available. The nearest hotel from conference venue.)

Transportation:
LOC will arrange the necessary transportation (free shuttle bus) during the conference for participants between JR Takayama station and conference venue. (from 2nd Oct. to 4th Oct.)
